Does my car have to be purchased from a dealer to get an extended warranty?

Not at all. It doesn't matter where you bought your car. Dealer or private party.

Does my car have to be new to get an extended warranty?

No. We offer coverage for new and used vehicles with mileage between 0 and 130,000 miles.

I am buying a new car, can I get an extended warranty before the purchase?

No. You must purchase the vehicle BEFORE applying for the extended warranty. Just contact us within the first 300 miles or the first month after your new car purchase.

I've received SPAM with offers of free quotes. Do you send SPAM?

NO. We do NOT use SPAM, cold calling, or web pop-up ads. We respect your privacy, always.

Why does my car need to be inspected?
You know your car inside and out, but we don't. Inspections from ASE-certified mechanics give us that knowledge.

Do you have 1 month or 1000 miles left on your original manufacturer's warranty? If so, then you can skip the vehicle inspection process and get instant coverage.

What does an inspection cost?

If you choose one of our preferred ASE-certified repair shops, the inspection is FREE! If you choose your own repair shop, typically inspections run $50 to $75. When choosing your own repair shop, you are responsible to pay for the inspection, but we will send you a $50 refund check after your coverage starts to help pay for that inspection. Please remember, we can only guarantee a FREE inspection from our preferred ASE-certified repair shop list and only if you purchase the extended warranty.

Where can I get my car inspected for FREE?
We've created relationships with repair shops throughout the Metro Area. We've chosen these shops based on their reputations, customer satisfaction, and quality work. If you don't want to use a repair shop from our list, you're free to use any ASE-certified mechanic or ASE-certified repair shop for the inspection but we can't offer the free offer with non-preferred shops. Remember to download the inspection form and bring a copy of it with you only if you're not using one of our preferred repair shops (our preferred repair shops already have the proper inspection form). It you don't have a printer, we can fax or mail an inspection form to you, just contact us.

How do I make a claim?

This is the easiest part of all. All of our warranties have Free Emergency Roadside Assistance for the first year, and our 'Top of the Line' coverage gives you the first 2 years Free. Bring your vehicle to any repair facility and present your Service Agreement to the service department. They will call the Claims Administrator (toll-free, 24/7) for a repair authorization on your covered repair.

All claims are paid directly to the repair facility. If you have a deductible, you pay only $50. If you have the no-deductible option, covered repairs cost you nothing.

I've seen other offers for extended warranties. Why should I buy from you?

Take a close look at those other offers. Do they ask for personal information before giving you a quote? Your phone number? Your e-mail address? Do they want to call you back? That's called pressure, and we DO NOT use pressure to sell our products.

What if my mileage is close to 130,000 miles? Can I still get coverage? If so, for how long?

Yes. Your vehicle would qualify for warranties up to 2 years/30,000 miles. This means if you have 128,000 miles on your vehicle today, you would be covered up to 158,000 miles or 2 years, whichever comes first.

How do I know the warranty is better than just paying for repairs?

Your vehicle might need an inspection. The inspection will tell you what kinds of repairs you might expect – but just like people, cars are unpredictable. The biggest advantage of a warranty is that it replaces "big hits" with a predictable and affordable payment.

What happens if I sell my car?
Our extended warranties are fully transferable to the new owner, which adds value to your car when selling it. Also, what a nice way to give the new owner peace of mind about future repairs. When transferring a warranty, there is a $100 transfer fee.

In order to prevent SPAM, do not give your personal information to anybody on the web until you are certain they can be trusted. Identity theft is a real concern.
